Growa Business was started with one clear mission: to help businesses grow in a way that’s practical, measurable, and results-driven. After years of working in sales, operations and marketing. I started noticing fantastic ideas become unsuccessful due to not know how to stand out, market or sell their product. It wasn't due to the product they was offering it was because they didn’t have the right strategies to attract, convert, and retain customers. I wanted to change that.
Growa Business was created to provide hands-on coaching, tailored growth plans, and expert guidance to startups and established businesses alike, helping them scale efficiently and sustainably. Whether it's improving sales, boosting marketing, or refining operations, my goal is simple—turn your business into a thriving, profitable machine.

Who Founded Growa Business?
Growa Business was founded by Theo Jackson. He's been in business for over 6 years. With experience in sales, coaching, lead generation, operations, recruitment and Marketing. After spending years in high performance sales environment, managing teams of 40+ people, optimising business operations, Theo saw a gap. Many business were missing out on growth opportunity's simply because they lacked the right strategies, structure and guidance.
